The error rates steadily increased and caused a more noticable outage on middleware.mytoggle.io and api.mytoggle.io from 12:34 - 13:53.
Our engineering team managed to trace the problem back to internal DNS resolution within the "proxy" server that handles requests to these domains.
The Toggle webshops and online orders were unaffected during this period.
The problem was resolved shortly thereafter.
We are continuing to monitor, but error rates have now returned to normal.
